i am currently 240 and iv heard that your supposed to take in like 2.0g/1kg of body wieght sumthing like that is this right if it is i would have to take in about 480g das alot of protien on average im about 350 a day not bad but its no 480 i do pretty intense training and cardio can some one straighten this out

Take between 1.5 - 2 grams for each lb. So you should be taking between 360 - 480. Stick with around 400 and you will see some results. If you are having problems getting extra protein in your diet buy some cheap protein and drink a couple of extra shakes throughout the day. Optimum Nutrition 100% whey!

What are your goals?
I would start with 1g of protein per bodypound. So, you would be taking in 240grams of protein divided amongst your six meals, which is 40grams per meal. That should be no problem for you.
Once you've got that okay, you can up it to 1.5g of protein per bodypound.
It really does depend on your goals though.

well i jsut want to get stronger like i said im 240 so maybe 245 but definetly no higher i just want to get stronger basically
