crackers sounds good, rice cakes remind me of coasters

no taste whatsoever

im not on diet, but my midsection is a little to fat, so too much carb in the evening is proberbly not so good !?
someone at the gym recommended this shake :
put in a blender:
1 banana
1 big slice vanilla ice
1 milk chocolate bar
...blend it all and add milk till you get the right drinking consistency !
ROFL, the guy used it as weightgainer before bedtime, lucky bastard, it sure sounds tasty !
...but i would look like a blimp...
