Ok, I know I'm going to get beat up here, but I just can't completly give up beer.
How much per week would you consider acceptable?
1 or 2 max? Should I switch to lite beer?

I only let myself drink a 12 pack a week and I still stay decently lean year round and still make gains.
Although its damn tough being 21 and living in a college town.

switch to red wine

no no red wine is high in tannins, once in a while is fine but do some more research on red wines
stick with liquor
