  Ketosis flow/re-initialization question

 Ketosis flow/re-initialization question

Heres a bit of a question for ya. The shit says it takes 2 - 4 to drop into Ketosis. Ok so lets say its been 4 days and I'm burning away ketons and I go out and have a crazy ass workout, assuming I don't pass out and not get up I make it home and chow down some protein and carbs(not sweets just enough to refull my muslces) but clearly past the 20gram mark. Will this
A) be burned up so fast my body will stay in ketosis.
B) pause the Ketosis but when my BloodGl level drops my body will go back to burning Ketonis
C) drop my body outta ketosis and I'll have to do those first shitty 4 days all over

I'm looking to see if you truly can modify an Atkins diet to an athletes needs or is it a waste.

according to what I know, you are able to do exactly what is stated above, it is called a TKD . the baody will use your carbs to replenish glycogen stores in the muscle, and you will be able to stay in ketosis, try not to over do this though as extra carbs will kickyou out, it would nat take you the 4 days to get back in though
