I'm dieting for a show right now and I swear by using Cod Liver Oil to cut with- definitely good stuff. I try not to mix fats and carbs at the same meal, but it seems like the only meal that does not contain carbs is right before bed. Would it be a bad thing to have the majority of my fats in one meal, right at the end of the day? I'm not sure where else to incorporate them? Does it matter that much if you mix fats and carbs, assuming we are talking about oats,yams,balck beans mixed with Cod Liver Oil? Your input/advice is appreciated!

Take some flax oil with your cottage cheese before bed. I either have cottage cheese and flax oil or a protein shake and flax oil.

How much fat are you thinking of taking all at once? I normally take flax oil two to three times a day with my protein shakes. The only shake I don't put my flax oil in, is my post workout shake. Are you using fish oil caps? What about flax? Are you using that too?
