How does this look for lossing fat??
Stats: 23 5'9" 195 ~ 12-15% BF
I do cardio 3-5 days a week..
9am: 6 egg whites or protien shake and oatmeal 11am: chicken with broccoli or brussel sprouts or lean ground beef 12pm: gym 1pm: protein shake 3pm: chicken with broccoli or brussel sprouts or lean ground beef 6pm: Beef or chicken 10pm: shake
It really sucks I can't workout upper body ( really sore sholder, from a motorcycle accident).. But I've been doing legs and Cardio.. |

What are you putting in your protein shakes? Your 1 pm shake/post workout shake should include some high glycemic carbs and the rest of your shakes you should keep fairly lean. Other than that your diet looks pretty good. You will have to cycle your carbs try 6 days low carb and on the 7th day jack up your carbs. This will help in avoiding a crash in your metabolic rate.

what are the measurments of the oatmeal, chicken, beef and whey protein? doesnt look like much food, depending on how much your eating however. you need to add some EFA's to your diet as well. I wouldnt have a shake right before bed either, too fast absorbing.

shakes have 42grames of protein and 4 grams of carbs on the seventh day I cheat usually pizza.. chicken is about 12 .oz and beef is about a normal hamburger size..

Doesn't look like a whole lotta food to me- I would definitely mix in a sweet potato or something relatively complex to your 11am meal before the gym and then add some dextrose to your PWO protein shake as pipes suggested. EFA's are a must in there, too. Do you plan on using any thermogenics or R-ala?
