i dont get it
ok so im approx 6' 3" 270lbs @ 18-19% bf which is high I know but Im currently dieting down. My friends are always telling me I look huge and everything and a lot of strangers too, but I guess Im just huge because the average person doesnt weigh this much. I just feel like I dont look as good as I should after 5 cycles. Im strong as fuck for my age but I just dont look as muscular as I want to. I know this has to do with bf% but I just hate how I dont even look that great. anyone else feel like this, or am i just a fat ass?
edit: i have been trianing power lifting style for all these cycles which sort of explains it but I still dfont get how I dont look so great because when your on everything grows if you work it out and eat and sleep, yet i dont look it for what my numbers are | | Reply » i dont get it |

im the same way, when people see me they say im huge but without a shirt i look like shitty. No definition...just size. But when it comes to moving wieght thats another story. Iv always trained for power and size ignoring diet and cardio. I eat basically wahtever as long as its protien and a little carbs. At first it bothered me that I did a few cycles and didnt look ripped like some guys you see, but then I look at these same guys and they are the ones who cant touch heavy wieghts. Do what you feel good doing. If you like being strong and big keep eating and power training, if it bothers you then switch. With proper diet and cardio you can get leaner than you think.

I would say you should be a little farther along after 5 cycles but it seems like you may not have had clear cut goals as to what you wanted to do with each one. Like everyone else has said diet is the key here and you can change your body if you have the discipline.
