if your bulking, aim to keep it as clean as possible. a good balance of complex carbs, proteins and healthy fats should get your calories up. check out the bulking foods sticky at the top of the forum for some ideas.

Once a week IŽll eat roast beef and home made potatoe sallad. Usually 350 gram of roast beef and 300 gram of potatoe sallad. That is rougly 822 kcal.
Protein: 84 gram. = 336 kcal = E% 41 Carbs: 54 gram = 216 kcal = E% 26 Fat: 30 gram = 270 kcal = E% 33
I could make the potatoe sallad a little lighter but it is on my cheat day so I think it is ok.
