Bulking Foods
Hi everyone! How was everyones Christmas? Mine was great!! ~!!  I'm 18 and I wanna know some foods that I can eat everyday and gain some weight. How are these foods: frozen Pizza, Salmon, natural peanut butter, and how about drinking 4 cups of milk a day? Anything else i'd highly appreciate it. Later! | | Reply » Bulking Foods |
hmmm get rid of the pizza and everything else you listed is good. I stickied a great thread at the top of this forum on bulking diet choices. take a long, tons of ideas! my Christmas was good, thanks for asking

Thank you atherjen~!@! I didn't see the sticky!! If you read this agian, what type of milk / cottage cheese should I buy? I seen TONS of cottage cheese with some fat lady in the way that just stood there so I took whatever I seen. I think it was called ?hood? Small Curd - country style.

your welcome! always check the stickies at top of the forums.. they're there for a reason, great info.
Id purchase skim or 1% milk, no need for the added milk fats, get in your EFA's though (healthy fats....soruces listed in the sticky). as for the cottage cheese, sounds as though you got a good sort, is it "light" or 2% or "low fat" ? Id go for one of those as well.
