This is just a quick one - I've noticed a lot of people have mentioned oatmeal as a breakfast food in various threads. I'm in Australia so I want to make sure we're talking about the same thing here - is this the same stuff that people make porridge out of?

How do most of you have it?

what about multi-cereals as a breakfast ? is it good as oatmeal ?

I have it for breakfast every day. I use the organic large oat flakes because the have a lower glycemic index that the quit oats. I boil it up. once its cooked its damn hot so what I do is add some frozen blueberries, strawberries and rasberreis. The frozen berries cool it down and kind of melt into the oatmeal. I also add a little stevia to sweeten it up. It is truly the breakfast of champions.

Id stick with the oatmeal. multi-cereals around here contain far too much added sugar are overly processed.
