8am protein shake
porridge oats in skim milk
apple

11 chicken breast with brown rice and low fat mayo
apple

12 workout

1pm post workout whey in water with maltodextrin

3pm chicken breast sweet potatoes brocolli sprouts green beens cabbage colieflour small amount of powderd gravy

5.30pm salmon fillets wholewheat pasta light mayo brocolli/colie ect

8pm mackeral fillet wholewheat toast 6 egg whites 2 yolks

10.30pm whey in skim milk

11pm bed

cardio 3x20 mins slow duration

protein sources will vary including fish seafood turkey lean steak lean pork

sunday will be cheat day making sure adequate protein but eating what i want.

also got udos choice oils for when im not getting from fish ect

i want this to be a clean bulker this time as last time i put on to much fat.will be using aas.

looks pretty good, udo's is good stuff.

what aas are u running. With a clean diet I find great lean gains running Test/Tren. Maybe start with dbol running femara ED.

a few things I might change
-I wouldnt wait 2 hours after your post workout shake for you meal. get that meal in an hour after the shake.
-at 8pm id switch the whole wheat bread to brown rice or sweet potato and perhaps more veggies. if you do fine with it in there for now, then itd be alright.
-Id also add in some an EFA with the shake before bed to furthur sow absorption.
