I drink just over 2 litres of water daily, but on one of my posts StonecoldNTO suggested I drink at least 6-8 litres. Well Im already pissing for Spain, and to be honest I dont think my body wants any more water otherwise I wouldnt piss so much? Im 1.83cm and weigh 74k.
So how much water do you guys normally drink daily?

PS Im not knocking you StonecoldNTO. Im just interested in everybody elses daily intake

That's OK......just remember most of the replies you get will be in "Gallons", so you'll have to convert. There are 3.78 litres in a US gallon. There are 4.55 litres in a Cdn gallon.

I try for a minimum of 1 gallon each day. Sometimes I drink more, sometimes I drink less. When I am cutting calories I will usually drink about 2 gallons because it helps with my apetite.

Approx a gallon and a half here. I'm constantly at the water cooler refilling my bottle. Some days as much as 2 gallons.

a gallon and a half at least, on top of that 2 cups of coffee, shakes and tea for liquids.
