im friends w/50 yr old woman that has custody of a 9 yr old girl. both are overweight to say the least.Could someone w/a degree give me 7-10 meals that she could cook for them that they could lose weight on. please include drinks and snacks.and please remember she is on tight budget. |

By making it clear you desire only responses from those with a Nutrition degree, I believe you are closing yourself off from a number of potentially beneficial responses and setting yourself up for the common "high carb-low fat" diet response that emphasizes "losing weight" versus "losing fat" as is typical on the part of the "expert" nutritionists these days in spite of more and more evidence mounting that that approach is seriously flawed and far from ideal. But to each his own.
