It depends on what your looking for, the carbs are more of a post w/o meal. The fat's to high for me and protein could be bumped up for me.

Is that protein for any meat or just from the pasta? If it's from the pasta it's not a complete protein, you need a complete protein in there, some kind of meat.

So you mean, they are many kind of proteins???
If I need 175g of protein/day, I should I eat more meat then pasta??

yikes! look at the ingredients..white pasta? baaa even whole wheat is only OK while bulking, over processed. not enough protein, none from a whole protein source(meat), fats are too high vs carbs which are super high as well an excess amount of calories.
