I love eggs, but whenever I eat them I get a thumping headache. Same goes for any protein powders that might have egg in them? Any alternatives? |

Soy protien.....it sucks ...tastes horrible whey protien ...lactose free ...have you considered it?

Can you believe I'm allergic to soy and whey too? Couldn't figure it out. Best thing I've found so far is brown rice protein. Tastes OK in a good shake.
