Why don't we devote a section and have it called something like "Ask Jen"... cause i swear to god she's gonna know the answer or at least be able to find it out. I gotta thank you for the helpful answers you've given me about dieting for sure. I think a lot of people on her owe thanks to you (and for those of you that do, this is the thread for you to thank Jen for her help)... there's a lot of other people on here to thank for things, but just the fact that your at such a young age and you alread know this much, and it's obviously working because your in great shape as well. Plus your always quick to answer our questions in such great detail. Your gonna be successful someday Jen, don't even worry about it, I can see it,
And NO this is not me trying to hit on Jen over my computer, i have a girlfriend anyway,,, it's just the truth, your really helpful and your gonna be a great asset to whatever workplace you end up at in the fitness industry, best of luck to you and thanks again for the help.
