  New diet approach?

 New diet approach?

Hey just wondering if anyone has done this diet or a similar diet. I thought about alternating week to week from a low carb TKD diet (cutting) to a moderate carb , low fat, high protein diet (gaining) the next week? I was thinking this wouldnt be to rough on your body because a TKD plan doesnt put you into ketosis, so you shouldnt be sluggish or have a hard time adjusting ya know? Im confused and I thought this sounds fun and something I would stick to, kinda like the best of both worlds. Feedback/ opinions would be great.

THANK YOU.

That sounds similar to Bill Philips eating program, but he alternates two weeks of bulking with two weeks of dieting.

IMO stick to one plan. HOW are you going to know whats working for you. it takes a good 3-4 weeks to actually see progress with any diet...of course anyone can drop alot of water the first couple weeks. find something that works for you and stick to it for a while and make adjustments when needed.

Mitch Bade, that plan you propsed, will almost definately wreck your metabolism. Your system can't adjust to rapid intake and increase and decrease. Stick w/ one plan and work w/ it.
