LAST TIME I DIETED FOR A SHOW I CARB DEPLETED FOR AROUND 3-5 MONTHS AND STILL I LOKKED LIKE I HELD WATER I GOT OK WHEELS BUT THEY STILL COULD HAVE BEEN HARDER. I INCREASED MY WATER WHILE I DEPLETED MY CARBS . THERE ARE MANY DIFFERENT THEORIES ANY ANSWERS?
