I know i shouldn't have a carb up on keto until 2 to 3 weeks in it, but my question is do i have to carb up at the end of every week? |

yeah u should carb up on about the third weekend of your diet. As long as ur fairly into ketosis, u should be alright.
Only carb up for form about 36 hours, for example the friday night and the saturday and saturday night....
Im in my third week and it is hard but u see the results, and that keeps u motivated

Usually it's 5-7 days into it before recarbing. I'd be having some really shitty workouts by the time 3 weeks rolled around.
