  Gaining to much??

 Gaining to much??


Hello every one
Newbie here.
My question is this, I am on my first cycle(400mg test for 10 wks)
my starting weight was 235and now 18 days into my cycle I am at 246.
My cals are 4500-5000. Am I gaining to much to fast?? should I adjust my cals lower? Or just say f*ck it and go for broke and then make adjustments after??

I should also say that I had planned on adding 100 cals per wk until the end of the cycle.

as long as your not gaining a bunch of fat, gain as much as possible... if you gaining alot of fat, adjust your diet...
and do that, keep upping your cals...thats a good thing to do, i didn't do that on my first cycle, and didn't gain really after the first 6 or 7 weeks....sucked....

slowly making increasments in calories as not to risk adding to much fat. I dont know much about AS, but you could very well be holding some water with that added weight as well.

As far as holding water, that I am sure of.
I think that I will just keep it up and see what happens.

Thats an awful lot of calories. How big are you now? I make great gains with 3500-4000 calories and am 6'3" 230 lbs.
