Ok im 6 ft 193 around 7%bf and trying to start a nice clean diet to get more cut while building some nice lean mass.. This diet is gonna go with my next cycle of Fina/Eq/Win..
Meal 1. 8 egg whites scrambled with 2 yellows in there, cup of spinach.
Meal 2. extra lean ground turkey, salad
Meal 3. grilled chicken, some vegies
Meal 4. 6 egg whites 2 cans of tuna, salad
Meal 5. 1 steak with some veggies
then i goto the gym
Meal 6. isopure shake after gym. 1 hour later exxtra lean ground turkey..some veggies
Meal 7. nice serving of fish and veggies
Meal 8. 8 egg whites.
Meal 9. 50 gram protien shake..
i am also taking fish oils, ala, multi vitamins, flax seed oil, and some other supplements.
What do u guys think bout diet is it good to use for cutting and what would u change aobut it?????? |

do you know the overall macronutrient intake for this... total protein, etc? Make sure that you get your EFA's in there as well.. I see you said that you were supplementing them in, dont forget, its crucial part of any diet. when you say veggies...what type?
ALSO... you need some post workout carbs in there at least. Dextrose along with whey right after your training session!! This is essential to replinish glycogen stores, stop cortisol levels from rising, prevent catabolism by getting some fast acting nutrients to the muscle cells.
your last meal is a protein shake.. what type of protein? and are you adding a form of EFA' in there?
with this diet Id also reccomend a planned refeed.... you cant stay that low carb for long periods.

Yes i forgot to mention that sundays is my eat day and eat everything...
Other then that will do everything that u mentioned there since i tried this diet this past summer and worked great for me but wanted to maybe get more shreaded..

well 7% is pretty lean already.. unless you are looking to compete?
If you find that you come to a plateau in your diet, you can make your refeed days more strict. low fat, 1g protein/lb bodyweight, start out with higher GI carbs switching to complex sources. OR cycle 3-4 days lower carb followed by a day with moderate level of carbs..from complex sources. different ways to play around with it. good luck!
