hey guys im about to start my first cycle and im trying to figure out a good diet ive made one so far just wondering your opinions of it its daily totals are:
4098 calories 90 g fat 342.3g carbs 528 g protein
any comments on this or recommendations on a good first cycle diet to put on some good mass and strength without so much fat. thanks guys |
