ok, bro's I need some expert help from you guys, first I am 34 yrs old 5 10" 200lbs about 15-20 %b/f. About a year ago tore my achiles and to this day cannot run to do any cardio, so needlss to say I put on some weight and fat. so what I need from you guys is a good diet menu on what to eat and when to eat it. If you could e-mail me your sugesstions on meals and tms to eat them. I need to get back in shape like I was before my accident. Thanks for any help.
