Im on a cycle of EQ Prop and Tren and I am keeping my diet faily clean with the rare sweet in there to satify my craving but my question is. What are some good calorie dense foods that are good for you like complex carbs and high protein to try and get all my cals in without exploding my gut with tons of food.?

go to colorie king you can see a lot there. for carbs try ,rice,yams,green leafy veggies. protein , eggs , (seafood), red meats (lean) and at least 2 shakes a day. also try dextrose in your post shake.
