its due to the high levels of sulfur from the eggs. If I eat beyond 10 egg whites in one sitting, its deadly! lol
Try some ginger root, seems to help quite a bit for me. or perhaps not so many all at once.

Ive found that by eating 8 earlier in the day and then not having egg whites again until my last meal before bed to be alright in terms of gas. the ginger root comes in 500mg caps, from what I have. I'll take one if im eating less that 30g protein, or 2 caps if more.
