I'm bulking up with a basic test/deca/d-bol cycle this winter. It's my third cycle, I know how to eat big, but, lately have decreased appetite.
I've tried B-12 , didn't work at all. My main problem is getting my protein in. I was wondering what you guys do to deal with this? I've tried to drink as much whey as possible, but, want to get some meat in and extra calories. Are there any solutions to this that you guys have used.
