trying Phaseolamin 2250 a carb block product..
(i know it's a very bad cheat day)

morning test: ketone were at moderate

breakfast: 1 egg mc muffin and hasbrown
ketone level: trace

protein shake with water

lunch: 1/4 pounder with cheese

ketone level : trace

protein shake with water

din: 8 oz beef with cheese and one taco shell

ketone level :trace


workout 1hr

protein drink no carb

next morning ketone level at moderate again


just a heads up for guy that do low carb diets
