I was wondering if anyone frequenting this board has ever had any side effects eating this additive. I ate some Lay's WOW chip and found the taste amazing and comparable to the standard chips but with no fat.

Yep, Oleastra causes the runs in some people. Me, being one of them. I'm not a huge fan of any of this fat free shit. If it doesn't have fat in it, it's gotta have something else in it instead. And chances are it's not something we'd want in our body...lol
