I've read several posts in this forum suggesting that olive oil should be added to a person's diet. What are the advantages of adding olive oil? Also, what quantity do you add? Any information would be appreciated.

Yup, Olive oli is very good for You, It lowered my HDL in one month by 10 points. Youjust have to make sure it's Extra virgin, first extraction.
