Keto has worked wonders for me while on t3. Went from 223 to 198 in 3 1/2 weeks. I also cylced clen/eca on and off.

I think I read something about this over on Massmonsters.com. Mr X wrote that it is awful to run t3 with a ckd diet because t3 is catabolic. Let me find this article.
