stats 160pds 24 yrs old 5'8'' goal to bulk up to near 200 pds or 190!
I used to only get around 1300 cal a day but for the past 2 months I startd getting 4000 cal and up sometimes 5000 but thats 3000 to 4000 more cals than I used to get. I know your diet needs to be rich in calories while taking anadrol for it to work (balloon up) but If I consume more than 4000 cals a day here and there 5000cals a day will I grow with anadrol? because only 2 months ago I weighed 140 and just by eating more I weigh 160 now so I need to know if consuming between 4000 and 5200 cals a day is enough to grow because its to damm hard to get 6000 or more cals a day without exploding. my stomach already looks like a basketball.

cycle would be anadrol 5 wks 50mg a day wk 1 and 100mg a day wk 2-5. test cyp 400mg for 10 wks. have plenty of Clomid and HCG for PCT and have plenty of Nolvadex too!

with your weight i might just stick with 3 to 4000 calories a day no need to go overboard with 6000 calories considering how much you weigh right now
just make sure you getting at least 200 to 300 grams of protein then as you get bigger up the calories and protein
and with your cycle i'd imagine you'd hit 190 in no time
but that just my .02

I don't buy into the BULK up fast theory. 4000-6000 kcals is A LOT. You can't get that much unless your eating really shitty. Sorry that's a fact. With your weight I don't really think you need any more than 300g Pro, 400g Carbs, 50g Fat on Workout days and........300g Pro, 300g Carbs, 50g fat on nonworkout days.
