I was wondering if it would be a good idea to take METAMUCIL while dieting for extra fiber and just good overall health?Espescially on low carb diets where you don't get much fiber. |

when my protein intake is really high I will phsyllium husks (I can't spell) you can get it at GNC and it works better.....

I use a fiber supp that is very similar to metamucil. It is filling (good for cutting) and does aid digestion, and is otherwise good for your health.

I use Benefull instead of Metamucil. Much more palatable.
