I am trying to loose fat from my stomach. What is your best diet to loose fat while taking Clen. I would also like to minimize any musel loss(I am taking 500 sus/week which should help).

I would appreciate specifics like: Time of day, frequency, etc.

Any diet you can stick to w/ lower than maint calories.

Try to keep carbs lowish, and focused around training only. Keto the rest of the day.
