I EAT CHICKEN, LEAN BEEF OR TURKEY WITH RED POTATOS AND BROCCLI EVERY MEAL AND IM GETTIN GTIRED OF IT GIVE ME A GOOD LIST THAT I CAN SUBSTITUE FOR CARBS?
