Meal 1: oatmeal, 55gr protein shake

Meal 2: chicken, baked potato (or) baked fries

Meal 3: 2-3 cans tuna, wheat bread

Meal 4: turkey, baked potato (or) baked fries

Meal 5: chicken, baked potato (or) baked fries

Meal 6: 55gr protein shake

I shoot for 50-60gr protein with each meal...

Add some fruits and veggies, drop the baked potato(starchy) and add some sweet potato and brown rice.. You got yourself a good clean bulk diet..

add some source of healthy fat also-flax or olive!!
