How ya doin, Im new to the board and I dont get too detailed with my diet. I weight 190 at 6' tall. Im pretty cut but i want to maintain a cutting diet to stay ripped. What do you guys think of this.
10:00 am - 5 egg whites, half cup brown rice
12:30 pm - Breast of Chicken -veggies- sweet potato
2:00 pm - 50 gram Isopure protein shake
5:00 pm - Breast of Chicken- veggies
7:30 pm - 50 gram Isopure protein shake
comes out to like 230 grams of protein, im not sure on the carbs and very low fat. Maybe olive oil, or natural peanut butte gets thrown in. |

throw in 1 more meal and add more egg whites to your first meal. hell, add two whole eggs to the first meal and it will suffice

i definitly got to get some flax oils in there. Im scared to throw in to big of meals because my metabolism is sort of slow but maybe ill up one more meal and more egg whites and step up the cardio so i dont get any unwanted fat on my body. I need to trim just a little more fat in the love handle area and my lower gut and i will have my abs nicely defined. Thanks for the info.

whatthefaa, slow metabolism and fast metabolism is a bit of a phallacy really, it's calories that count at the end of the day. make sure you're eating less calories even spaced out 4-6 times a day Metabolism and calorie burning is regulated by Oxygen intake (i.e. breathing), your height and weight so sure if you're really low in weight and have more fat than muscle your metabolism's gonna be lower than someone same height but with more muscle and more weight than you. "speed" your metabolism up by eating proteins because it's thermic effect is greater than that of carbs or fats (i.e. the amount of calories it needs just to digest is more) also speed up your metabolism by doing resistance excercise and packing on more muscle don't make excuses!
