Meal 1) 3 servings Whey/ Oatmeal
Meal 2) 2 Chicken Breasts
Meal 3) (Post workout) 2 servings Whey/ Glass O.J. R-ala -glutamine peptides
Meal 4) Lean Steak/ Veggies
Meal 5) Tuna/Safflower mayo (Full fat)/ mixed w/ onions etc.
Meal 6) 3 servings of Whey/ 2 Tablespoons Flax Oil.


Or this one


1)Pre workout meal, 30 g protein, 20g dextrose.

2)Post workout, 40g dextrose, 40g protein, 200 mg R-ala -glutamine peptides

3) Tuna, Greens, Oil

4) Tuna, Greens, Oil

5) Steak, Greens (no oil, fat in steak)

Get some carbs in there before you train and you'll have a little or a lot more steam for your workout. 270g-300g of protein per day and you're all good. Good luck with your goals.

Fyre thanks for such great feedback! awsome......I will look into the vital greens product , I know that everytime I eat a meat protien source I always incorporate salad greens into the mix....mostly for fiber purposes and thanks for the enouragement and warm greetings
