i kinda just made this up, im sure yall have done it before though, so i gues si didnt, but its very good. buy some chicken breast filets, or make your own. Cut them into strips, spice them how you like em. Chop up parsley, onions, bell peppers, etc. throw in foil-lined pan. throw on chicken with black pepper. cover with foil, bake @ 350 degrres for 35 minyutes. tastes like fajita chicken, good
