keto weekends?
I understand the weekday phase on the keto diet but how do you load on the weekends and stay clean? Is there a certian amount of carbos to protein to fat ratio when you reload?

How about a sample 24 - 36 hour carb-up (weekend) diet (averg. 6 to 7 meals per day).
