does anyone know some guidlines to determine body fat % by looks. i know this is a sketchy question at best. it seems like everyone knows thiers but me. i'm guessing i'm between 12 and 18 percent but i'd like to narrow it down. |

you can buy digital fat calipers for realitivly cheap but you have to be sure and measure the exact same spots every time. plus they will be off a few points.

calipers is the only way. Or another type of BF testing

calipers can be off by as much as 3%, doesnt 8% bf sound much better than 11%? Only sure way is to go to a doctor or a sports medicine clinic, and do the underwater test.
