I was thinking about running adex during the cycle, but would i stop that at week 10 or 12? I read it should not be used post cycle because the risk of driving estrogen too low. but is this even needed for this type of cycle?

also this might be sound stupid but how do you take nolva and adex? oral im guessing, but the stuff i found online looks like it has a needle with it.

also i have heard about taking HCG through out the cycle, i am kind in the dark about hcg. any advice would be great.
