i notice there have been a lot of threads lately talking about gh since shit is getting so cheap, i was about to start another one till i figured we might as well disscuss everything in this one to save the vets the trouble. I would also like iron master to chime in since i know hes a gh vet although i dont know him.

so any way i was reading an article over at ssb that was suppost to the concessus on gh use. I cant spell by the well so fukin deal with it lol.

They mentioned using Glucophage for people who dont want to use slin and i was curious what others thought about this?

Im intrested in using only 2iu for long periods of time, maybe 3iu, and thats a maybe.

they also mentioned using t3 but im sure the concess has changed to t4.
i was told 100mcg but i have also ready up to 4 times that.


they also said the half life is only 2 hours so would that mean that before a work out would be the best time to take it?

if its so short acting what would be the best food to have in my stomach at the time.


any way i think others should hicjack the thread and have an over all gh discussion.

by the way i have blue tops but am waiting to run them.

So what's your question exactely? I'd follow the EOD GH protocol. Afterall there is a study supporting it to be more effective than ED use. But if you're doing 2-3iu's every other day, I'd like to find out first how much the natural GH production is on average per day in IU's.

The normal HGH level for men is 5 ng/ml; that for women is less than 10 ng/ml; for children it is 10 ng/ml; and for newborns the range is 10-40 ng/ml. Excess HGH levels indicate gigantism and acromegaly. A decrease in the level indicates HGH deficiency and dwarfism. i i cant seem to do the conversion from nanos to ius though!

sorry i decided to take out the article do to it being a source board.

any way if gh only has a active life of a few hours then what is the best time to take it? i hear its morning since u realease the most when u start sleep but for me, i dont eat much during the day and do most of my eating when i get home and also work out most of the time at night?

and also is their a benefit with taking an oral with it because it kicks in right when the gh does?

I was trying to find a convertion to it. ng is also same as ug/ml. It can convert to mg/ml and then maybe to IU. But I just couldnt find it. maybe it even converts to mcgs.

Half life of GH means nothing. It's a short life because it's used up by the body. What would be the point of it circulation in the blood the entire time and not being used up? From what I've read, EOD is the protocol and Post Workout is best. Try out doing it in the morning first and see how you react to it then you can switch to post workout and see how that goes.
