Am I supposed to be feeling depressed and out of it? I've read here about the "crash" after a cycle, but what exactly does it entail and how long does it generally last? How do you get out of this slump quicker?
I'm doing nolva & 6-0X0 as my PCT for a 600mg/wk Test cycle.
How would you propose my workouts should be? I read somewhere that coming off-cycle you need to train differently. Any validity to that?
And, is cardio (1 hour elipse) 3X's a week too much during PCT?
I almost can't bear this "crash". Any help, tips, pointers would be GREATLY appreciated!

Ease off on the intensity....eat well...if you have hCG I would use it twice a week at no more than 500IU's for a couple weeks..

Problem is I don't have any hcg and can't get my hands on any.
Any other advice?

Keep up with the Novla to combat estrogen issues...taper down the dose... the next cycle try and get some HCG during your cycle... the crash is different for everyone.. I imagine in about 6 weeks you should be back to normal though....
