I just ended a 6 week cycle of D-bol/Deca and getting ready for PCT. Now, my question is do I train with the very same intensity I trained while cycling? Or should I go low for a few weeks in the gym, give my joints/body some 'rest' before my next cycle?

Well what did your training look like? Usually guys don't switch it up, it's usually the intensity that drops off a little.

6 weeks of deca? keep up the intensity...i think its key in keeping the gains!!!

I keep the intensity up while off (always), but I tend to do slightly fewer overall sets as opposed to when I'm on.
