 Started Cycle 1 st week up 6lbs


Here is the 1st week log. Next week will go up a bit. Will post next week when done.

week 1 29-Jan 30-Jan 31-Jan 1-Feb 2-Feb 3-Feb 4-Feb
D-bol 10 mg tab 30 30 30 30 30 30 30
Testosterone Enthate 250 250 250
Substanon 250 1 ml 250 250 250
Testosterone Cypionate 250 250 Nolvadex 20 mg 20mg
Niacin 3000 mg x daily split into 100 each serving
Fish Oil 2000 mg x daily split 100 per serving
Folic Acid 4 mg x daily split 1mg per serving
B-6 300 mg x daily split 100 mg per serving

It's kind of hard to follow your cycle the way you have it laid out. I suppose you're running 3 different esters/blends of test every 3 weeks for 9 weeks total? If so, why didn't you just choose one and run it for the entirety?

I dont get it why people not just write
W 1. = what steroids.
What dates etc are not of any intrest.

Guess I had it on spead sheet format.
I'm running d-bol the entire cycle but the shots are 250 1 st day just d-bol,2nd day 250 test ent, 3rd day 250 sustanon & 250 of the enthante, 4th day 250 test cypi, 5th day just d-bol, 6th day like 2nd day, 7th day only sustanon.
The following week will change with Tset cypi as main lead on higher day.
Also just doing 2 week+ 1week taper. 2weeks off.then hit it again

lol sorry buddy guess i just felt like being an asshole. ive just been seeing alot of this around the gym lately with guys getting so jacked up b/c they put on 10lbs in week one and they have no idea that if they stopped right now and ate normal they would piss it all out in 3 days.

im so carb sensitive that i can do that natty in under 24 hours! sounds good. first time i ever bulked like that i went from running 4 miles at high 6 minute pace to not being able to run 2 miles in one week!

and truth be told if you keep the diet under control, one of the best indicators of eating enough is seeing that initial 5lbs in week one. just dont let yourself get fat and sloppy.

so keep up the good work , but will you still "take me into the bushes"? lol
