I am 17 years old and weigh 140 pounds 11% body fat. I have always been the weak/skinny guy in my highschool and decided that it was time for a change. I know that none of you guys will recomend that i start using anavar because I am too young, but i dont care and I have already made up my mind. If I am going to do this I want to do it right, and I am hoping that you guys will show me what I have to do or buy in order to avoid side effects. Like I said I have already made up my mind and purchased the anavar so there is no use in trying to persuade me otherwise.
I was thinking around 20-30 mg everyday for the first month. followed by 5-10 mg a day for the second month, followed by a month off of the stuff completely. I am also going to combine this with protein and creatine. I already work out regularly and have a personal trainer. He says that I am what you call a "Hard gainer." cound you guys please help me make good descisions. |

Youre too young and too small. Bro, all you need is to eat. No such thing as a hardgainer in my book. If your diet already sucks, which is suspect it does since you dont even weigh a buck fifty, roids arent gonna help ya.

if you're not stubborn and thick headed you'll listen to guys with years of experience. the solution isn't in the form of a drug. it's proper diet and training. read/study the information posted in the stickies from the training and diet sections and incorporate them. in terms of supplements stick with whey, creatine, and a multivitamin.
