It depends on what your goals are........
You should be able to hold onto "net" gains from either equally well.

EQ doesn't really interest me, I've never tried EQ or Deca but I'd definitely try Deca before EQ.

I would use test/deca, but only with distonex.

i am on test/eq right now, and to be honest...i think deca is better choice..

Test & EQ for me. EQ coverts less, has less sides, and has greater quality muscle gains then Deca. EQ just takes longer to show results - but well worth the wait IMO. Deca belong in the trash can.
