1st cycle...
I'm looking for suggestions on how to reduce the number of bloody noses.. I get 3 or 4 a week.
I take Hawthorn Berry capsules but don't know if that has any effect. |

Dont have a problem with bloodpressure (meassure it every morning) but I seem to blow a vessle now and again (wich never happens off). I blow my nose like there is no tomorrow.

Lower your BP. Add additional humidity to your house/hovel. Buy some saline spray. Or coat the inside with some vaseline.

yea you need to do something about the blood pressure. thats too high.
