only two days.

Day 1: Chest, Back and Shoulders

Day 2: Legs and Arms

Squats
Bench Press
Dips


DAY 2
Deadlifts
Barbell Curls
Shoulder Press

I did not include tris ,since day one tris get enough work

What do u want to achieve and based on that we can make a better one

This is what I would do...just my opinion..

1- Back, Biceps, Legs (also forearms)
-I call these your PULL muscles -



2 - Chest, Triceps, Shoulders (also abs)
-I call these your PUSH muscles-
