Is it pretentious for me to think I can bulk up and lose fat at the same time? I'm trying to eat a lot of low-fat food (every two hours). Can this goal be accomplished?

You need to choose a goal that you want more, their is no way you can bulk up and lose fat.

choose either to bulk or cut.
don't try both at the same time or you'll end up having very little gain.
